CHICKEN OLIVETTI 
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 (4 oz.) pkg. noodles (med. size) cooked
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. chopped pimento, optional
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. quartered ripe olives
1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
1 c. sour cream
Buttered bread crumbs

Make sauce of melted butter to which sour cream, milk, grated Swiss cheese, pimento, nutmeg, salt, pepper and onion are added. Cook until cheese melts, stirring constantly. Add noodles, broccoli, sliced chicken and toss lightly until well mixed. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Serves 6-8.
