STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE 
1 angel food cake
1 sm. box (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
Whipped cream or Cool Whip

Place cake in large bowl. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add frozen strawberries and stir until thawed. Pour mixture over top of cake, let some run over sides of cake into bottom of bowl. Cover and refrigerate until gelatin is set. Place cake on plate. Put whipped cream over top and serve.
