QUICK YEAST ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. scalded milk
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. lukewarm water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 1/2 c. flour

1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add milk which has been cooled to lukewarm, sugar and salt. Allow to stand 5 minutes.

2. Add butter and egg; mix well.
