SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 lb. ground sausage, fried & drained
3 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. milk
6 oz. cheddar cheese
dash of salt & pepper
1 deep dish pie shell baked 5 minutes and not fully done

Put 1/2 of cheese in cooled pie crust. Sprinkle drained sausage on cheese. Pour eggs and milk on cheese. Top with remainder of cheese.

Bake at 375°F for 30-45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
