1 chocolate cake mix

Prepare chocolate cake according to package directions. Bake in oblong 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool. Ice cake with chocolate frosting. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and chocolate chips, cooked and cooled chocolate pudding. Layer more nuts, chocolate chips. Spread with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts and chocolate chips. Chill thoroughly. Serve.
