SPINACH SOUP 
Frozen spinach puree
1/4 l. heavy cream
1 l. milk
Salt
Pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 l. beef stock

Put frozen spinach into boiling 1/2 l. milk, stirring until spinach is melted. Add other 1/2 l. milk and cream. Heat it. Add beef stock, salt and pepper. Before serving, add cheese.
