2 3/4 c. flour 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. butter 1 c. buttermilk Mix all together. Make into 3 or 4 rolls. Take one roll pat out on floured table. Roll out as thin as you can. Cut into squares. put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees. Watch closely that they don't burn, but get as nice and brown as you can. Cool and store. Keeps a long time. |
