PEANUT BUTTER TANDY CAKES 
4 eggs, beaten well
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. melted butter (cooled)
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
1 c. peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips

Beat eggs well. Add remaining ingredients except peanut butter and chocolate chips. Beat 3 minutes.

Grease and flour 11x17x1 pan. Bake 350 degrees, 20-30 minutes until lightly browned.

While still hot, dot with peanut butter. Let cake sit for several minutes, then spread peanut butter evenly over surface. Carefully sprinkle chocolate chips over peanut butter. When softened, spread evenly over peanut butter. Place in refrigerator to cool and set chocolate. To serve, cut into 1 inch squares.
