NOODLE LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
12 oz. wide egg noodles
4 to 6 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
4 to 6 oz. cottage cheese
1 (30 oz.) bottle spaghetti sauce (your choice mushrooms, vegetables, etc.)

Bring 5 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt if desired. Add noodles and return to a boil. Cook noodles until tender (about 10 minutes). While noodles are boiling, brown ground beef and grate cheese. Drain noodles and ground beef.

Layer ingredients in a wide casserole - spaghetti sauce first, then noodles, ground beef and Parmesan cheese. Place large spoonfuls of cottage cheese in mounds in rows across the casserole. Then continue layering ingredients in the same order. The cottage cheese mounds form the lasagne into individual servings.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Serve with hot French bread. Serves 5 depending on appetite. Makes great leftovers.
