NOODLE LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 lg. can sliced mushrooms
1 med. box Velveeta cheese
1 lg. onion, chopped (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Brown hamburger and onions; mix with tomato soup and mushrooms. Cook noodles according to package directions. Do not overcook. Add cream of chicken soup to drained noodles. Make layers of noodle mixture, hamburger mixture, then cheese slices. Repeat until all is used, ending with cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours in a greased 12x16 baking dish.
