LASAGNE NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 c. tomato sauce
1 (no. 2) can tomatoes
1/4 c. minced onion
1 1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
1/2 lb. thin sliced Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles 30 minutes in salted water, drain. Brown beef and garlic in salad oil, stir in tomatoes, onions, salt, pepper and oregano. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until slightly thickened. Fill 3 quart casserole by alternating layers of noodles, cheese, tomatoes, meat mixture and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
