SPINACH QUICHE 
1/2 c. Swiss cheese (or more)
1 pkg. creamed spinach, cooked
1/4 c. Pepperidge Farm bread crumb stuffing
1/4 c. Bacos
1/2 c. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten

Mix above ingredients and place in uncooked pie shell containing the cubed Swiss cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
