CHRISTMAS EGG CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (mild or sharp)
8 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Place croutons in greased 10 x 6 x 2 inch casserole dish; sprinkle cheese over croutons. Combine rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour egg mixture into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
