2 c. cranberry cocktail juice
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 c. honey
1/2 bottle fruit pectin

Bring the first 3 ingredients to a boil; simmer for 10 minutes. Add honey, bring to a rapid boil. Boil for 1 minute and remove from heat.

Add pectin; skin. Pour into sterilized glasses or jars. Seal. Makes 5 (6 ounce) glasses.
