SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sweet milk

Mix all ingredients and pour into buttered casserole and add topping.

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. nuts, chopped

Bake at 350 degrees until brown. May be prepared one day ahead and refrigerated until ready to cook.
