GREEN PEPPER JELLY 
6 or more hot green peppers
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
6 c. sugar
1 bottle liquid pectin
Green or red food coloring
Pinch of salt

Blend pepper and vinegar. Add red pepper, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil. Add pectin, boil until it thickens or runs off the spoon in a tight thread, approximately 20 minutes. Pour into jars.
