SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 to 8 potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup (do not dilute)
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 lb. melted butter
Grape Nuts 1/2 c.

Boil potatoes in packets cool. Then peel and slice into large flat baking dish. Mix together soup, sour cream and butter. Pour over potatoes. Top with Grape Nuts. Bake until bubbly 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
