SAUSAGE BISCUITS 
1 lb. raw sausage
4 c. Bisquick
1 c. buttermilk (more or less to make a firm biscuit dough)

Roll biscuit dough to 1/4 inch oblong size. Spread raw dough over dough. Roll up jelly roll style. Cut into 1 inch slices. Bake in 350 degree oven in 9 x 13 inch pan for approximately 25 minutes or until brown. Serve warm with butter and jam. Can store in refrigerator and heat in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
