TRADE WINDS SALAD 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Creamettes, cooked and drained
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) canned lunch meat, cubed
1 (15 1/2 oz.) pineapple, drained
2 tbsp. pineapple liquid
1 c. cubed American cheese
1/4 c. green pepper
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 (8 oz.) sour cream or pineapple yogurt
1/2 tsp. salt

In large skillet, melt butter and brown sugar. Add lunch meat and brown.

Combine Creamettes, lunch meat, pineapple, cheese and green pepper.

Mix salad dressing, sour cream, pineapple liquid and salt and combine with other ingredients. Chill and serve. 8 servings.
