1 lb. regular or lean ground beef
1 to 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. Heinz 57 sauce
1/2 onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
2 eggs

Bake in small loaf pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
