CANYON RANCH BREAD PUDDING | |
6 slices whole wheat bread 2 c. evaporated skimmed milk (use water to make full 2 cups) 2 tbsp. butter, melted 6 egg whites (or equivalent in "Egg Beaters") 1/3 c. Fructose 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. raisins Crumble bread into milk let soak a few minutes. Whisk egg whites until frothy. Combine all ingredients, mix well and spoon into 6 large muffin tins that have been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 215 cal/ 5gr. fat. These are good for breakfast as well as dessert. |
