HUNGARIAN SAUERKRAUT & MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. hamburger 2 c. sauerkraut 1 c. oatmeal 3 tbsp. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1 egg 2 tbsp. oil 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. water 2 tbsp. vinegar Mix first 8 ingredients; mold into meatballs and brown in oil. Mix sugar, water and vinegar; pour over meatballs. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes. |
