BUSY DAY CASSEROLE 
1-2 lb. round steak or sirloin
Salt and pepper to taste
3 potatoes
2 lg. onions
2 cans tomato soup

Cut up meat into serving pieces; salt and pepper to taste. Layer thinly sliced onions over top. Layer, peeled sliced thin potatoes over the onions; salt and pepper to taste. Add 2 cans undiluted tomato soup and top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Cover only for first half of baking time.
