MARINADE FOR LONDON BROIL 
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 c. dry red wine
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/3 c. lemon juice

Shake well and pour over meat. Refrigerate overnight.
