BENNIE'S STUFFED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, skinned & boned
1/2 c. butter (melted)
2 tbsp. chopped parsley (dried)
1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. dry white wine

Beat chicken between waxed paper to about 1/8 inch and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread half of butter over chicken. Blend other half with parsley. Cut cheese sticks and roll up in breast. (May secure with toothpick.) Roll in flour, dip in eggs, roll in bread crumbs. Place in 8 x 8 inch casserole. Pour over butter and parsley. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and pour over wine and bake 20 minutes more.
