CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 
8 oz. sweet chocolate
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate; cool slightly. Blend in cheese and milk. Add sugar gradually. Stir in salt and vanilla. Frosts 2 (8 inch) layers.
