CHOCOLATE SOUR CREAM FROSTING 
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Stir until completely melted. Remove from heat and beat in remaining ingredients. Makes 2 1/2 cups frosting. Keep frosting in refrigerator.
