MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can enchilada sauce
1 sm. can taco sauce
1 sm. can green chilies

Combine these ingredients and mix. Cook 8 ounce wide noodles. Drain and rinse. Put a layer of noodles in casserole (greased), then a layer of meat sauce, then another layer of noodles, then the remainder of meat sauce on top. Top with a layer of shredded Cheddar cheese. Brown in oven until cheese melts, about 1/2 hour. Very good!
