CRANBERRY SALAD 
Lg. pkg. lemon Jello (can substitute Knox recipe for lemon Jello, using 2 env. Knox gelatin and 1/3 c. sugar)
1 pkg. raw cranberries
3 lg. oranges
1 c. celery
1 c. pecans
2 c. sugar (less to taste)
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Prepare Jello. Grind the raw cranberries. Quarter the oranges, remove the seeds, and grind them up. Cut celery and pecans fine. Add sugar. Fold into prepared Jello. Chill. Serve with mayonnaise.
