FUDGE PECAN CAKE 
Place in saucepan and heat only until butter melts:

1 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water

Measure into mixing bowl:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar

Combine with first mixture. Add:

2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1/2 c. buttermilk

Mix well and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into 11 x 17 sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees. Check baking time at about 20 minutes. Use fudge pecan icing while hot:

FUDGE PECAN ICING

In saucepan, mix and bring to a boil:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. cocoa

Sift and add 1 box confectioner sugar. Mix quickly and lightly or it will harden. Add 1 1/2 to 2 cups chopped pecans. Ice while HOT!
