PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
Sm. amount chopped green pepper
1/2 c. raw rice
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. condensed tomato soup
3/4 c. water

Mix beef, rice, milk, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. Shape into balls. Put in baking dish. Mix tomato soup and water and pour over balls. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until grains of rice show plainly on outside of meatballs. (You can also cook these in a skillet on top of stove.)
