POPPY SEED MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. poppy seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. almond extract

In small bowl mix flour, poppy seeds, salt and soda. In larger bowl cream sugar and butter. Beat in egg, 1 at a time. Beat in yogurt and almond extract until well blended. Stir in flour mixture. Spoon into greased muffin pan (or use bake cups). Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
