PEACH TART 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 tbps. butter
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
9 inch pie shell, unbaked
Peaches, enough to fill pie shell

Mix sugar, flour, and butter. Put half of mix in bottom of pie shell. Fill pie shell with sliced peaches. Put rest of mix over peaches. Mix water and lemon juice and pour over pie. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes then 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
