PEACH TART 
Fill an unbaked 9" pie shell (homemade) with fresh sliced peaches, mounding the peaches in center.

Beat 2 eggs. Blend in 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons flour.

Drizzle over peaches. Dot with 1 heaping tablespoons of butter and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 375 degrees until done.
