1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and bake in greased 8 inch square cake pan at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and cut in squares.
