ELLIE'S STRAWBERRY JELLO 
2 (3 oz. ea.) pkgs. strawberry jello
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup dairy sour cream (let soften to spread easily)

Add boiling water to jello and stir until dissolved. Add strawberries (chopped up), pineapple and nuts and stir. Pour half of mixture into 9x13-inch and chill until jelled.

When set, cover with dairy sour cream and add remaining jello mixture. Chill till ready to serve.
