STRAWBERRY JAM | |
1 3/4 c. crushed strawberries 4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 bottle Certo fruit pectin Thoroughly mix fresh, crushed strawberries with sugar, and let stand for 10 minutes. Combine lemon juice and Certo and add to fruit mixture. Stir the whole thing for 30 minutes. Makes 5 cups. Put in scalded jars, cover right away and then let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Okay to refrigerate or freeze. Change |
