TURKEY - CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
4 c. milk
3 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked
1 c. cooked peas (opt.)
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 to 4 c. chopped cooked turkey or chicken

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Make white sauce with butter, flour, milk and seasonings. Stir in mayonnaise. Add spaghetti, turkey or chicken and peas. Add 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Mix together lightly. Place in 4 quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Add buttered bread crumbs on top, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown on top.
