TURKEY PORCUPINES 
3 cloves garlic
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. onions
1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. raw rice
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. canned crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Finely chop garlic and onion and add ginger to these. Mix well. In another bowl stir together turkey, egg, rice, salt, pepper and half of the onion and garlic mixtures. Form mixture into balls, using about 2 tablespoons each. In a large skillet warm oil over medium high heat, add rest of onion, garlic mix. Brown and add meatballs, brown lightly. Add chicken broth and tomatoes. Simmer 20 minutes. In a small bowl mix the cornstarch and 1/4 cup water, and add to the meatball mixture, cook until thick about 1 minute.
