SWEET POTATO CUSTARD PIE 
1 c. sweet potatoes (about 2 sm. to med. potatoes)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 stick butter, melted
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together and pour in 9-inch deep dish unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes. (Shake - if center firm, it is done.)
