SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
3 1/2 lb. frying chicken pieces

Dip chicken into flour, salt and pepper. Brown in fat. Add 1 medium diced onion and fry a few minutes. Add 1 cup water. Place in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 325 to 350 degrees. Pour sauce over chicken and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Cover last 1/2 hour. Serve with rice.

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic or garlic powder
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
1 c. vinegar diluted with 1/4 c. water
