2 c. flour
1 c. shortening (butter flavor Crisco)
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix flour, salt and shortening until crumbly. Add water. Mix until doughy-sticky. Place on floured board and roll. Makes 2 pie crusts.
