ENGLISH PEA CASSEROLE 
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 sm. can pimentos
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) cheese, grated
1 (1 lb.) can English peas
1 can mushroom soup, diluted with 1/2 can water

Mix the eggs, pimentos, cheese, peas and diluted soup together. Put in a casserole and top with bread crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees or until bubbling hot.
