CORN ROASTED IN HUSK 
6 ears corn
Melted butter
Salt

Soak ears of corn in salted water 1/2 hour 1 to 1 hour without disturbing husks. Remove from water; shake off excess. Place on grill 4 to 5 inches from heat. Broil, turning occasionally until husks are lightly brown. Peel back husks, silk comes off with husks. Serve with butter and salt.
