TACO BAKE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 sm. can sliced olives, drained
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. 12 taco shells

In small amount of oil, brown ground beef, onion and garlic; drain off fat and add tomato sauce, water, olives, flour, vinegar and chili powder. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Butter an oblong baking dish and layer meat sauce and taco shells, beginning and ending with meat sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes and serve.
