SALMON LOAF | |
1 lg. can salmon (12 1/2 oz. skinless, boneless) 1 egg 12 saltine crackers (crushed) 4 tbsp. butter (melted) 1 tbsp. onion flakes 2 tbsp. milk Spray loaf pan with cooking spray (or grease loaf pan lightly). Combine ingredients in a bowl. Place in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
