BRUNSWICK STEW 
Approx. 2 lbs. chicken or turkey
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato paste
1/2 of 1 bell pepper, chopped
1 bag corn (frozen)
1 bag lima beans (frozen)
1/2 med. head cabbage, chopped coarse
3 cubes chicken bouillon
1 stick butter
8 med. potatoes, peeled and quartered
Hot sauce to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Large bag of frozen mixed vegetables may be substituted.

Boil chicken with water, salt and bouillon cubes. When meat starts to come off the bones (dip out bones), add remaining ingredients and bring back to a boil. Then turn down heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add hot sauce and salt to your families taste. Serve with garlic bread and cole slaw.
