CARROT BARS 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar

Beat until creamy. Beat in: 3 sm. jars strained carrots

Sift together: 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon

Add to the above mixture.

Pour into greased jelly roll pan, 15 x 13 x 1 inch. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth and spread on. Store bars in the refrigerator.
