CARROT AND RAISIN BARS 
2 eggs
3/4 c. honey
1/2 c. oil
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. grated carrots
1 c. raisins

Beat eggs, oil and honey. Mix dry ingredients and fold into honey mixture. Add carrots and raisins. Pour into a greased 8"x8"x2" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, or until cake tester comes out clean.
