BUFFALO CHIPS 
1 c. butter, melted
1 c. shortening, melted
2 c. packed brown sugar
2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. oatmeal
2 c. Post Toasties
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
Salt to taste

Cream first 4 ingredients together; add the eggs and vanilla. Sift and add the flour, baking soda and baking powder. Mix in the oatmeal, Post Toasties, chocolate chips, coconut and pecans. Use ice cream scoop or 1/4 cup measure to drop 6 cookies to a sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. (Pinch of salt may be added "to taste".)
